I am a PA-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and have been practicing for more than 10 years.  I provide individual, couples, family, and sex therapy to clients struggling with a variety of concerns, including relationship difficulties, sexuality issues, depression, and anxiety. Additionally, I conduct workshops on various mental health topics, and regularly appear in the news media to discuss topical issues.

My therapeutic approach is warm, accepting, active and educational. I view my role as that of coach and teacher, helping you become an expert on ... you!
