Fees
Each 50-minute session is $140.

In limited circumstances, a reduced fee may be available. Please contact me for more information. 

Insurance

I do not participate directly with insurance companies, but can assist you in seeking reimbursement from your provider.  Your services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully.  Questions for your provider include:

 Do I have mental health benefits?
 
•  What is my deductible and has it been met?
 
•  How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
 
•  How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
 
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
 
Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Payment
Payment is due at the time services are rendered.  Cash and check are the preferred forms of payment.  

I also accept debit cards, credit cards, and health spending account cards, however please note that for all card transactions, there is an additional fee of $4.00 per session and the card must be present at the session.   

Cancellation Policy
Main Line Relationship Center requires 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.  If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, or if a client fails to show up for a scheduled appointment, the client will be responsible for paying the full session fee.
